Ayaka Original Anime Releases Character Trailer, Theme Song Info
A trailer has been released for the main characters of the upcoming Ayaka anime, Yukito Yanagi (voiced by Yuuto Uemura) and Jingi Sagawa (Takuma Terashima). The opening theme "AYAKASHI" is performed by Angela, while the ending song "Flashback" is sing by Saji.
Ayaka is set to air this year. The story follows Yukito Yanagi, a water-manipulating orphan, as he's taken back to his hometown by Jingi, who claims to be a pupil of Yukito's late father. The cast also includes Shinto priest Haruaki Kurama (Takahiro Sakurai) and Aka Ibuki (Yuuichirou Umehara), head of an organization that eliminates entities called Aramitama. Jingi is depicted as arrogant.
GoRA (K series) and KINGRECORDS are credited with creating Ayaka. Nobuyoshi Nagayama (Love Flops) is directing with GoRA as series composer and scriptwriter, Misaki Kaneko (Smile Down the Runway) as character designer, illustrator redjuice as original character designer, and Kana Shibue (Sasaki and Miyano) as music composer. Studio Blanc. is producing the show.
