New Troyca Original Anime Is About F4 Racing
The upcoming original Kadokawa x Troyca anime has been revealed to be a Formula 4-themed show titled Overtake!. A teaser trailer and visual have been released for the show, which is Troyca’s 10th anniversary project.
Ei Aoki (ID:INVADED, Re: CREATORS) is directing Overtake! with Takako Shimura (Aoi Hana mangaka) as original character designer, Masako Matsumoto (Aldnoah Zero) as character designer, Ayumi Sekine (Idolish7) as series composer, and Katsuhiko Yamada as supervisor.
The main cast includes Anan Furuya as taciturn teenage racer Haruka Asahina, who is affiliated with Komaki Motors, and Katsuyuki Konishi as freelance photographer Kouya Madoka.
